What do you guys think. Leave it at an 18 person cast or add 2 people to bump it up to 20 and have a first round double boot to (hopefully) get people talking from the beginning. I got a good first challenge though for the 18 route.

I like the double boot idea but it really is ultimately what you want. If you think 18 isn't enough for the amount of good applications then go for the 20 with the double boot, plus it would indeed get people talking. On the same token, even if 20 of the applications are really good, the bigger cast increases the risk of having people who become inactive. Ultimately your call though.

Higher chance of people being inactive, but there's a chance of them regardless. Double Boot at start could cut the fat.

Got all the memory wall and head shots for the 16 that are pretty much set in stone. Orange and Brown tribe head shots don't look as different as I would of liked but they won't be shown together so it is not that big of deal.
Now I only have to do the avatars and confessional images now as well as the clues for the twist.
