Well I'm stumped.
Looks to me like I am somewhere in the middle, while Lisa and Rory are in positions where they can only move up so I think they are somewhere near the bottom two rows.
Anyone have any ideas?

Okay guys, so I charted out the maze by labeling the rows with letters horizontally and numbers vertically. Based on that system and each of our possible moves, each of us in one of the following positions:
Alexis: B4, C1, F4, G7,
Jay: B7, F7,
JT: B3, D1, G1, G3,
Lisa: A8, E3, E6, F3, H6,
RC: A1, B5, C6, G4,
Rory: A8, E3, E6, F3, H6 (Same as Lisa’s)
Once we all move one or twice, it should be easy to figure out where exactly we are.
