Once the votes are read the decision is final and the person voted off will be asked to leave the tribal council immediately....

The rules of survivor state that if a hidden immunity idol is played all votes cast against that person will not count and the person with the next highest number of votes will be voted off.
This is a hidden immunity idol so all votes cast against Matt will not count. Perfect timing too since this was the last round to use it to.
