Hey Jury, it's nice seeing you all once again.
I want to start off thanking you all for making this one competitive game and without you all, this game wouldn't have been all it was made out to be. I want to also thank the host for putting in all the time and hard work into this game, you did a terrific job with everything making this one fantastic season.
This game has been one wild crazy ride for me and I couldn't be happier sitting here in the final 3 right now. Getting to this point has been no easy feat, but I always tried my hardest and never gave up. There were several points in the game where people had trust issues with me and I did my best to try and prove myself that I'm genuine person and loyal ally to have around. There was also this silly rumor floating around the game that I was in some pre game alliance with both Brandon and JT. That couldn't have been further then the truth where I knew neither of them before the game and I never even spoke with JT once in the game. I had to overcome numbers disadvantages lot of this game, my first tribe obviously lost many members early on and then I was in the minority at certain points in the game and overcame this. These were few of the main obstacles that I had to hurdle over and it really influenced how people perceived me making this game a lot tougher then I needed it to be. I tried to assure people they could trust me and it was something I had to do round by round to establish my loyalty that way people would want to work with me.
I started this game on Luoba back on day 1 and we were clearly a tribe in disarray. We were divided on several of the votes and we way underperformed in all the tribe challenges. I knew we were a sinking ship right away and my main goal there was to try and survive the first few votes while staying in the middle of all the votes until there would be a tribe swap or twist of some kind. We had an easy first vote with Susie leaving, then it got tougher and we had to vote Charlie next for being one of the weakest in the next challenge, followed by Malcolm who didn't show up for the following challenge and I couldn't let him slide by. Even knowing I was allied with Malcolm at the time, I had to go against him and it was one of the more difficult votes and one of the rare times in the game where I had to go against my word and do instead what was fair and best for the tribe.
When we had the tribe swap, I knew it was a brand new game and an opportunity going to Menba. It appeared we had more of the stronger people from both previous tribes and all gelled well coming together for the challenges. I did my best to make some new connections and started to talk a lot and connect with both Danni and Matt around this time. I knew if old tribal lines were going to stay in play, I needed to get close to the new members and at least show I was useful in challenges and would be worth keeping around for the long haul. We only lost one challenge and that challenge we lost Matt, Danni, and Myself were the only ones to show up and try and win. After the challenge, I told them both I wouldn't be voting either of them since they worked hard and deserved to stay. I did that in order to stay on good terms with them and make sure one of the people who didn't help in the challenge (Brandon or Tijuana) were sent out.
Going into the merge I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. After the first day we merged, I wasn't very comfortable since nobody was really communicating that much with me. I decided to go all out in the first merge challenge which I won to make sure I stayed safe giving me more time to try and figure things out since I had suspected I was low on the totem pole at the time. I made some new connections knowing that I needed to do something, so I tried working with Jay and Lisa both moving forward along with Matt trying to establish an alliance between us all. After Jay was idoled out unexpectedly, I started to talk with Rory and we decided we'd try working working together since he was also in favor of voting out Tina at the time. When Tina won the next immunity that presented an issue, Matt said he had an idol but we were not entirely sure that was true and we went ahead and voted him. At this point, I tried making a deal with Alexis to work back together since we had drifted apart. I promised if she voted Matt this time, I wouldn't vote her at the final 4 no matter who won that immunity. The last round, Tina was the biggest jury threat since she had several immunity wins and hadn't betrayed anyone, so that's the reason why she needed to leave before the finale and we all voted her out..
I'm looking forward to hearing all your different views about the game and getting the chance to answer all your questions. I will answer everything truthfully and to the best of my best knowledge.
Best of luck both Matt & Alexis!
