That's not all the combinations. That's just all the combinations of the first two people staying the same.

(8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1)*22 = 36*22 = that's roughly - 792 possibilities. The actual answer is probably under that because there will be duplications on this rough estimate so i'd say around 725?
